From Quote to Completion
Here’s what working with True Blue Fencing looks like, step by step, so you know what happens next and what to expect at each stage.
What happens after completion
Once the job is complete, you’re not left on your own. We stand behind our workmanship and want you to feel confident that your fence has been finished properly. If something looks off, does not seem quite right, or you have a concern after the installation, simply get in touch with us and we’ll arrange to come back within 48 hours to inspect it.
This gives you extra peace of mind knowing that the job does not end the moment we pack up our tools. Whether it is a small adjustment, a question about the finish, or something that needs a closer look, our team will take it seriously and handle it properly.
What that usually looks like:
- You contact us with a quick description of the issue. Photos are helpful if you have them, as they allow us to understand what you are seeing before we arrive.
- We book a suitable time to come out and inspect the fence in person.
- If it is something we can fix on the spot, we do it then and there.
- If anything else is needed, we explain the next step clearly, let you know what to expect, and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Our goal is simple: you should be happy with the finished fence, the way it looks, and the way the whole process was handled.
